I normally have a great exsoerience, but today I checked in online at 3:40. It told me to arrive at 4:36 because there was a 50min wait. I arrived at 4:15 and there was still a few people ahead of me which was fine. However it is 5:56 and my name has been at the top of the board and they have a taken 2 kids and a man in front of me. The mans name wasn’t even on the board. Very annoying! I understand being busy and I normally have a great time there and great service. This is really bad!
